The 5 dimensions of Health and Wellenses Coaching include:
Physical: includes regular exercise, eating a balanced and nutritious diet, avoiding bad habits such as smoking, excessive drinking and actively managing existing medical conditions.
Emotional: involves recognising, accepting and dealing with all of your emotions and seeking help when necessary.
Spiritual: will look different to everyone depending on their values and beliefs but generally involves finding meaning and purpose in life.
Intellectual: involves actively seeking intellectual growth and stimulation, being open to new ideas and being a lifelong learner.
